What is your returns policy?
Most of our items are bespoke, made to order, cut to size or customised for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges for change of mind once work has started, materials have been prepared or the order has been cut, finished or made to your specification.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, not as described or there is an issue with the order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review it and arrange a suitable resolution where required.
